The International Interior Design Association, Delta Regional Chapter has revealed the results of the 2007 RE: Awards, recognizing excellence in interior design. This year, Six Awards of Excellence and Two Awards of Recognition were presented as part of the second annual awards program, which is open to interior design firms practicing in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi with an IIDA member on the design team.
Winners were feted at the 2007 Recognizing Excellence Gala, Saturday, June 23 at the Renaissance Arts Hotel in New Orleans. Chicago-based IIDA executive vice president and CEO Cheryl Durst served as master of ceremonies and Pres Kabacoff of HRI Properties in New Orleans delivered the keynote address.
